Were you caught-out?

FROM the emails we received this morning regarding the article concerning CaRT and EA waste disposal, many were caught out.

Keith Gudgin's article saying that CaRT was asking £5 for boaters to dispose rubbish must have rung true!  But the name Dubnový Blázen is Czech for 'April fool'!  And Mhux Cans is Maltese for 'not a chance'!

Rubbish bin replacements
