PART OF THE ROCHDALE CANAL in Manchester has lost its water again.
This being the second time the Rochdale Canal in the city has lost its water, I Dugaid Campbell reports.
It doing so in September of last year, as pictured.
Pound empty of water
It was on Monday morning that the long pound was empty, with a boat on the bottom, hanging from its moorings.
It is understood this is caused by a broken culvert, as that is what occurred last year, but nothing has been given out by the trust.
It is told that the water level in New Islington Marina is low but as yet no boats are grounded, as they were last year, as we reported.
