THERE WAS A CLOSURE NOTICE from the trust telling that Burscough Customer Service Facility was closed.
This it added, was due to a blocked pipe, Keith Gudgin reports.
The notice of this service facility closure on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal was sent at 1.33pm.Then a few minutes later the same notice was sent again, this time at 1.37pm.
What does it mean?
So what does it mean? Is it the same blockage or another one?
Whatever, the contractors have been instructed to attend the site to sort it out.
