Contractor will pay for bodged repair

BOATER Chris Pink was somewhat concerned by the fact that the BBC film giving a two hours cruised along the Kennet & Avon Canal from Bath is used  by some to show there are 'hundreds of continuous moorers' along the waterway, and supplied us with the following from the Trust.

Boater jailed for killing ex boy friend

THE couple Natasha Elderfield and Robert Dobinson shared a narrowboat moored on the Thames, but it all fell apart when Robert came unexpectedly back to the boat to find the new lover Tony Steggles with his trousers round his ankles with his girl friend.
