Email: Living on boats

Now that Canal & River Trust have got on top of boat licence avoidance and are putting their efforts into overstaying on moorings, will it then concentrate its efforts on the boaters living on their boats on CaRT recreational moorings?

Email: Racked off

Pam Pickett has set up an Aunt Sally. I know of no 'leisure cruisers' who object to genuine continuous cruisers (and seriously doubt if CaRT objects either).

Email: Muddy the waters?

I do wish Pam Pickett, and all the others who either mis-understand or for some reason wish to muddy the waters between those who are continuous cruisers and continuous moorers, would try to see that most of us mere leisure boaters have no argument with the former (other than a little envy!)

Continuous moorers must be sorted

The season of goodwill?

IS THIS the season of goodwill? For once I have to say I agree with Canal & River Trust Chairman Tony Hales who reportedly referred to some people as being 'sad' (for 'knocking' the Trust.) I though refer to 'sad' leisure boaters 'knocking' those that continuously cruise, writes Pam Pickett.
