Shedder donated to clear towpath

LOCAL businesses in Banbury were so fed-up of the state of the towpath of the Oxford Canal in Banbury, that they have donated a shredder to a local canal volunteer group so the towpath and surrounding paths can be kept tidy.

Possibility of Stratford to Grand Union link

From my memory a far greater obstacle to this project will be Warwick Castle who objected the first time. Perhaps Merlin Entertainments who own/run this along with Alton Towers and many other theme parks will be more accommodating especially if they want favourable treatment elsewhere.
