THERE could be delays at Chirk Bank on the Llangollen Canal, as police have divers searching the canal.
It is believe a body has been disposed of in the canal in the area, with divers combing the waterway. Alan Tilbury tells us.
Disposed of in the canal
This relates to recent information given to the police that an unidentified man had been murdered and disposed of in the waterway at Chirk.
During the 18th of May a house and adjoining land was searched, with an initial search of the Llangollen Canal a few days later, but the recent information has prompted a more thorough search of the waterway that is at present taking place.
